Here is the start of my creating my sniper as I am drawing the outline of the gun to use for my advertisement and I will be also creating a pistol as well to put on the other hand. I will start by using the bezier tool to go around the base of the gun and the handle. Then I will go onto creating the scope of the gun and then add a barrel to the gun. Then finally I will be adding the trigger to the gun and the safe at the end and add all the details to the gun and the colour.
Here is the sniper now and I have created the handle the base the trigger and the scope and I drew round the gun using the B-Spline and going around the gun and I then Extruded spline to create it to look like this.
Here is the sniper now and I have created the base for the sniper and I have created this using cylinders and I have also created the scope that you can see at the top and I also used the cylinder to create this as well and I have extruded everything on the gun to make the sniper look like it is on the screen shot so far.
This is what the sniper looks like now with the little stands in to hold up the scope so you can shoot through it and I have created this scope by making a cylinder making the cylinders smaller a bit thinner on the gun and make the cylinder into a scope then I made another cylinder and created a barrel to make the sight on the scope to look through.
Here is my sniper with added colour to it and I did this using the materials button and then it allowed me to add any colour. I wanted and I chose to make the sniper green and black which is similar to the gun that I looked at for inspiration before designing my sniper All I need to do now is add the bolts onto it.
Here is my finished sniper and in this blog here are the steps that I had took using Cinema 4D to create this sniper. What I have done to finish this sniper off is I have added a cylinder to the sniper and I changed it to 6 segments and made the cylinder editable and scaled it down. Then what I did was applied the bolt to the front of the gun and copied and pasted them and added them across the gun. After this was completed I created the safe for the trigger so if the gun was dropped it wouldn't brake the trigger and I did this with the cycloid tool and made the circle thinner and scaled it down and added it between the trigger and gave it a colour.
